Lord, one of the things that's part of what I do as a Pastor is to communicate your Word. So I ask God that You would equip and inspire me to continually hone my communication skills especially this year.
I also ask that you illumine Your word to me in ways that I've never seen it before. That I see things in Your Word that really light up how we see You as our Lord. That we see details there that inspire us to obey You and surrender to You.
Lord, I want to communicate Your Word in ways that would spark change in the people who look up to me.
